The South Coogee project began when the client saw our reline truck at a nearby property and talked to one of our plumbers. Interested in fixing the plumbing issues at their strata block, the client requested a quote for relining works.

After that, our team performed a multi-day excavation to expose the existing drainage, working carefully in conjunction with the pipe relining process. This included the removal of existing brick paving to access the site.
We cleared all lines using a high-pressure water jetter and a Picote machine to sand the pipes. This step was crucial to ensure the new liner adhered properly.
Using a CCTV sewer camera, we inspected the pipes to identify the exact locations needing relining.
Then, we installed the superior Evoflex liner, combined with a two-part epoxy resin, to seal the faulty pipes and joints.
We let the liner cure fully, ensuring it reaches maximum strength to eliminate any weak spots or incomplete hardening.
A second CCTV inspection confirmed that the works were completed correctly and the pipes were functioning properly.

After confirming the success of the relining, we replaced and replayed the brick pavers, packed up all equipment and leftover materials, and left the site clean and safe for the residents of the building.
